As no-one is able to visit the place of terrorist attacks to make a independent report, faking news is a easy task. Add the fact that Bush & Co. are a fascist group, propagating false propaganda using forged documents like the yellow cake stuff becomes a evil nightmare. 3. CHICA will calculate a complete plan of events and temporal 
   relations necessary to prove (realise) the goal defined in 1.

I hope the idea is clear. These idiots must be stopped, as they only 
destroy the entire world, by feeding total rubbish into their 
mainframe(s). See the attachement for the scientific article from Lode 
Missiaen, a Senior Scientific Consultant from NATO, which i accidently
met at a Linux gathering.

Hello Alex,

Here's what's going on. Today, March 3, 2009 around 15:00h CET 4 Asian 
(India/Pakistani/Chinese) types arrived at my front-door driving a 
racing edition of a Seat Leon. Two guys stepped out of the back and 
started wandering through the street. The two guys in the front seats 
stepped out, one of em dressed up in a suit.

The guy in the suit walked my front-door and rang the doorbell.
I opened up. He was a sales rep for a large electricity company
here in Holland, Nuon N.V. The other guy in the by-driver Seat kept
standing on the street at a clear angle at 10 meters (30 feet), 
to ... make a shot? i dunno.

Well he asked whether i not wanted to take advantage of the offering
by Nuon, dropping my monthly/annual charges for electricity by 
a substantial amount. Well i said that i don't had any insight 
of this, and wanted to politely close the door. After some
chit-chat the guy went away, and soon after the Seat Leon (those
are really really fast cars) drove backwards away.

Now there's some background here in this story. Before i was subscribed 
with Nuon, I was with Essent Energy for my electricity since 2001 or 
2002. I have to look that up. Somewhere in 2004, suddenly, my 
electricity bill had doubled where the actual used used electricity 
(kWh) was way way higher. But there was a problem. I never had made any 
changes to the amount or type of connected equipment to my circuits at 
home. So that was really really strange.

Then on Aug 28, 2007, (I was in the middle updating my web-pages),
at 14:14h two service men from the electricity grid rang my door,
telling me that as of that moment my electricity connection would be
shutdown. The two service men looked like shit : unshaved, filthy,
like they had been working continuously for say 48 hours. The only
thing i was thinking was weather these guys were official employee's
of Essent Service or not.

The disconnection was the result from a dispute with my electricity
supplier Essent (www.essent.nl) about the weird readings on my meter.
Had my electricity usage in 2005 been adding upto about 12,000 kWh, the
next year that amount had risen to over 24,000 kWh, where the amount of
electricity needed to keep my computer equipment running had not
changed at all. I never added new equipment. The only thing which
happened before was that in 2004 my old analog meter had been changed
into a new digital one.

The next day, Aug 29, 2007, the three local papers in my small town
reported about the biggest law enforcement heist ever on illegal weeds
growing in my neighborhood. Over 75 police officers and 25 employee's
of the major electricity corps had been in action for over 24 hours.

One thing was immediately clear to me. If illegal tapping of electricity
from the grid is happening on such a massive scale, the weeds Mafia
must have had their insiders within these electricity corporations and
even the police.

My problems had started in December 2006 when the annual electricity
bill dropped on my door-mat. I supposedly had at least doubled my kWh
usage where the bill in EURO's had more as tripled. I sent a official
complaint to Essent stating that in the past the police simply had
ignored my warnings about illegal tapping. During the spring and summer
time of 2007 i had contacted several electricity service company's ,
but none of these actually showed up. "We are very very busy, I'm sorry
for this". One service company simply denied my request to make an
appointment one month in advance, to check my electricity installation.

This certainly smelled as if the weeds Mafia has been threatening
these Electricity Service companies to not visit certain compromised
installations were illegal tapping was at hand.

From that point i stopped all my payments for electricity as no-one was
willing to even listen to my story. The end result is that i have been
disconnected from the electricity grid. How to solve this nasty
situation? "Hey you stupid shit, you pay your monthly bills and your
fine" is what I'm supposed to swallow. Reconnecting will cost me a fee
of over EUR 4,600 . End of story.

Well not quite. Somewhere in November 2008 i really started to 
experience weird phenomena and sensations directed at my body and my 
head, which came from home audio/video cinema equipment. It started to 
happen when i was watching Dutch television, not CNN ... The harassment 
became so big to my body, i simply had to shutdown the electricity of 
all this equipment. Switching to standby, didn't help. That's when i 
started to figure out what was going on ....

   Reichenbach called it odyle. To Henri Bergson it was the elan
   vital, the "vital force;" while to Hans Driesch it was the
   entelechy . Sigmund Freud observed its functioning in human
   emotions and termed it libido.William MacDougall, the great British
   - American psychologist of a generation ago, labeled it hormic
   energy.  Dozens, if not hundreds, of lesser - known scientists have
   recognized its presence and have given it a name to characterize
   its special properties. Among the 20th-century proponents of the
   concept are, for example, Doctors Charles Littlefield and his vital
   magnetism and George StarrWhite and his cosmo-electric energy .
   Mechanistic science in the 17th through 19th centuries embraced
   many of its essential qualities in the concept of the ether, while
   mystical human beings have embraced other essential qualities of it
   in the concept of god.

   Orgone energy is Wilhelm Reich's name for the substratum from which

   for it is this: Orgone energy is the creative force in nature. This

   great book Reich also described the mass pathology of the animal
   man, This pathology consists of a chronic rigidity of the
   musculature which blocks the movement of energy underlying emotion

   into the more concrete concept of "bioelectricity," which soon
   proved not to be electricity and in time was renamed "orgone
   energy." Books dealing with this phase of Reich's discoveries are
   THE FUNCTION OF THE ORGASM and THE CANCER BIOPATHY. These books
   constitute Volumes 1 and 2 of THE DISCOVERY OF THE ORGONE, Reich's
   presentation to the world of the discovery of orgone energy.

   Although orgone energy was first discovered in the human body,
   Reich learned through painstaking observation and experiment that
   it existed in free form in the atmosphere. With this finding,
   Reich's work transcended the boundaries of biology and entered the
   realm of meteorology and atmospheric physics."

One very effective method to simply annihilate the unregulated "Orgone"
part of your electricity feed to your house, is by using multiple

This i didn't write. Who said that? The Sp^ym^aster? Makes sense
if one identifies Orgone enery as a positive energy which heals people,

    Another important observation, concerning TV equipment, is that 
    if you don't have a CABLE FREE TV-signal, they will send 
    unregulated "electricity" through the CABLE ANTENNA and use that 
    Voltage/ Amperage as source for their heinous game. I just 
    measured at least 220 VAC on my CABLE ANTENNA !

    So if you really want to watch TV without "Orgone" harassment 
    you will need a CABLE FREE TV-signal, like e.g. Satellite Dish 
    or the old-fashioned antenna on your roof top. It certainly 
    makes sense as the authorities since 2002 have shutdown the 
    Dutch LOPIK TV-tower transmitter. The 80 - 110 MHz FM radio 
    stations are still around though.

    Although (and even _IF_) your electronics equipment is
    connected with multiple socket lines with surge protection and 
    mains filter, the occasion might arise that your equipment 
    (typically a home video theater or PC with audio output) and 
    its connected speakers, or sort-alike devices with magnetic coils,
    can still be manipulated to such an extend that the magnetic 
    coils start sending the unregulated "negative Orgone" energy 
    part. This unregulated emitting typically happens when the 
    equipment is in 'standby' mode or while the equipment is powered
    down, even when 220 VAC mains (filtered or not) is still connected.

    Not all electronics equipment featuring magnetic coils (audio 
    speakers) are affected though. Typically, more recent equipment 
    from Far-East electronics equipment manufacturers have this 
    hidden capability. So are all PC motherboards produced in the 
    Far-East a prime suspect. A friend recently mentioned that today 
    almost all PC mainboards are manufactured by Foxcon in China, 
    even if the PC's and Laptops themselves are 'produced' by premier
    retailers like HP/ IBM/ Dell etc. Today the Foxcon job seems to
    have been extended to all home electronics equipment.

Now that the verdict by the Jury on the Lewis 'Scooter' Libby trial 
is due soon now, it's maybe interesting to watch back into what 
happened. A good overview of some key fact in chronological order on 
how Valerie Plame's Non Official Cover (NOC) for the CIA was leaked to

Today i think that all of the WHIG members should be indicted for
distorting all normal reasoning inside the Bush Administration,

Internet of a private conversation between Richard Armitage and Bob 
Woodward conducted and taped shortly after Jun 12, 2003, a month before 
Bob Novak is called by thus far unidentified senior officials leaking 
to him that Wilson's wife, Valerie Plame (they use her maiden name), is 
a CIA operative who instigated her husband's trip to Niger.

In the beginning of this audio file, Armitage tells Woodward that a major
mess is going on inside the National Security Council, to such an
extend that even former multiple National Security Advisor (to both
Gerald Ford and George H.W. Bush) Brent Scowcroft was called to action
to investigate the yellow cake mess inside official speeches 
by George W. Bush. Obviously Brent Scowcroft and George Tenet got back
together and teamed up to investigate the Yellow Cake mess :

   Armitage : "The CIA is not going to be hurt by this one"
   Armitage : "George [Tenet] personally got it out of the Cincinnati speech
               of the President."
   Woodward : "Oh he did?"
   Woodward : "How did it come it wasn't out of the State of the Union?"
   Armitage : "Because I think it was overruled by staff of the White House"
   Armitage : "Condi doesn't like to be on the hot spot"

              the CIA is not going to be hurt by this one 
   Woodward : I know, that's 
   Armitage : Hadley and Bob Joseph know. It's documented. We've got our
              documents on it. We're clean as a whistle. And George [Tenet]
              personally got it out of the Cincinnati speech of the president.
   Woodward : Oh, he did?
   Armitage : Oh, yeah.
   Woodward : Oh, really?
   Armitage : Yeah.
   Woodward : It was taken out?
   Armitage : Taken out. George said you can't do this.
   Woodward : How come it wasn't taken out of the State of the Union then?
   Armitage : Because I think it was overruled by the types down at the
              White House. Condi doesn't like being in the hot spot.
              But she --

The private conversation(**) suggests that Richard Armitage also had teamed 
up with Scowcroft and Tenet. Scowcroft was called to action because it 
was clear to the National Security Council that the National Security 
Advisor to the President, Condoleezza Rice, had been responsible for the 
cooked up hype concerning the forged Yellow Cake documents.

So besides oldtime NSC Advisor Scowcroft and CIA director George Tenet,
also Deputy Secretary of State, Richard Armitage was outraged 
about the White House Yellow Cake crap and ordered his assistant Marc
Grossman to have the Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR) make
a report about the matter. Roger Morris in counterpunch writes :

  "June 10, 2003: Undersecretary of State Marc Grossman asks the 
   Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR) for a briefing on the 
   Niger uranium issue, and specifically the State Department's 
   opposition to the continuing White House view that Iraq had tried 
   to buy yellow cake. The resulting memo is dated the same day, and 
   drawn from notes on the February 19 meeting at the CIA on the 
   Wilson mission and other sources. Befitting the sensitivity of the 
   information, the memo is classified "Top Secret," and contains in 
   one paragraph, separately marked '(S/NF)" for "Secret/No 
   dissemination to foreign governments or intelligence agencies, " 
   two sentences describing in passing Valerie "Wilson's" identity as 
   a CIA operative and her role in the inception of the Wilson trip to

   US ambassador" was sent to Niger to look into the uranium issue and

   to prepare a memorandum on the background of what the Post is 
   reporting, and INR sends to Armitage that same day a copy of the 
   June 10 memo to Grossman. The memo is also sent to Undersecretary 
   for Arms Control and International Security (and future UN 
   Ambassador-designate) John Bolton.

   July 6, 2003: Outraged by continuing references to the Nigerian 
   uranium, Wilson breaks his anonymity with a sensational New York 
   Times op-ed disclosing his mission to Niger sixteen months before, 
   and the fact that he found no evidence of an Iraqi purchase of ore. 
   "Based on my experience with the administration in the months 
   leading up to the war," Wilson writes, "I have little choice but to 
   conclude that some of the intelligence related to Iraq's nuclear 
   weapons program was twisted to exaggerate the Iraqi threat." He 
   tells "Meet the Press," "Either the administration has information 
   that it has not shared with the public or ... they were using the 
   selective use of facts and intelligence to bolster a decision that 
   had already been made to go to war."

   Later in the day, Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage calls 
   INR Assistant Secretary Carl W. Ford at home, and asks him to send 
   a briefing memo to Powell about the Niger uranium issue. Ford 
   simply pulls out the previous June 10 memo with its reference to 
   Wilson's wife (her name now corrected from Wilson to Plame), 
   addresses it to Powell, and forwards the memo to Rice to be passed 
   on to Powell, who is due to leave the next day with the 
   Presidential party on a trip to Africa."

Next inside the CounterPunch article Roger Morris concludes that only
Condi Rice could have been the Plame leaker from the Air Force One 747
Boeing on its flight to Africa on July 7, 2003. I think he's right.

(**) Although i first thought it was a phone conversation, closer 
investigation learns that Woodward was conducting a interview with 
Armitage for his upcoming new book, "Plan of Attack", which eventually 
was published in October 2004. Assuming that Woodward visited Armitage 
in his office at the State Department, we now know that the State Dept. 
must be bugged from every angle (why does the door slam sounds louder 
as the voices of Armitage and Woodward?). It's interesting to note that 
Woodward suddenly starts to talk about Joe Wilson, right after Armitage 
mentions that "Condi doesn't like being in the hot spot". The interview 
was (secretly ?) recorded on June 13, 2003, a day after the Washington 
Post published it's article about a unnamed "former US ambassador", by 
Walter Pincus. The following quote inside Pincus's article (page 9) is 
interesting :

  "The CIA's decision to send an emissary to Niger was triggered by 
   questions raised by an aide to Vice President Cheney during an 
   agency briefing on intelligence circulating about the purported 
   Iraqi efforts to acquire the uranium according to the senior 
   officials. Cheney's staff was not told at the time that its 
   concerns had been the impetus for a CIA mission and did not learn 
   it occurred or its specific results."

This is even confirmed by a earlier article (page 6) inside the New 
York Times on May 6, 2003, by Nicholas D. Kristof :

  "I'm told by a person involved in the Niger caper that more than a 
   year ago the vice president's office asked for an investigation of 
   the uranium deal, so a former U.S. ambassador to Africa was 
   dispatched to Niger. In February 2002, according to someone present 
   at the meetings, that envoy reported to the C.I.A. and State 
   Department that the information was unequivocally wrong and that 
   the documents had been forged."

Doesn't this read more like the leaking of 'Scooter' Libby as the fall 
guy as instead the later leaking of Valerie Plame's cover? The current 
indictment of I. Lewis 'Scooter' Libby, could even be seen as a penalty 
for being responsible to have triggered the CIA envoy mission to Niger. 
Libby has asked the wrong questions, and now he will take the full heat 
for leaking... ehhh.... Valerie Plame's Non Official Cover (NOC) at the 
CIA? Well not to fast here, something smells very rotten in the State 
of Denmark.

As i am listening to the long audio hearing GX1T (249 mins) the scoop 
of the WMD matter finally emerges. Scooter Libby keeps hammering on a 
document he calls CIA's NIE of October 2002. In October 2002, the CIA 
released a report titled :

  "Iraq's Continuing Programs for Weapons of Mass Destruction"
   (NIE 2002-16HC, October 2002)

NIE stands for National Intelligence Estimate and is normally 
classified. However as times evolves, on May 2, 2005 a FOIA request to 
the release of this document is granted according :

story-line is remarkable : Black-ops biochemist research develops a new 
drug "CTX" for the U.S. Army. The lead biochemist developer goes AWOL 
in France, and joins/organizes a "terrorist" network funded by Russian 
trillionairs to manipulate and take over the world, using this drug 
called "CTX". "CTX" is heavily addictive to unsuspected ginny pig victims 
while not knowing anything. "CTX" makes the people extremely violent and 
transforms them in stone-cold killers with no moral or emotions. Long 
exposure to "CTX" changes the eyes of the addicted victims, like shark 
eyes : dead black eyes with no emotions and who rotate away showing 
white, like the great white killer shark, when in attack mode and high 
adrenaline.

Dr. Karen Kwiatkowski, a Lt. Col, ret was interviewed by Daryl Bradford 
Smith [2]. She became somehow a 'pariah' between neo con ridden 
officials inside the Pentagon at the time when the Office of Special 
Plans was setup in the fall of 2002, September 2002. Kwiatkowski 
mentions how as a followup the Iran Desk was created.

It turns out that at the time Congress did have _no_ access to CIA's 
NIE (National Intelligence Estimate) [3]:

This document and access to its contents turned out to be key inside

Hi,

With interest i glanced at the latest contribution of Ray McGovern
to stop the upcoming war with Iran by means of pen and pencil.

Then it happened, as i had glanced at his contribution as published at 
the Infowars.com website [1], I noticed that his appeal was also 
published at rense.com [2]. So i began comparing the two letters and 
was estranged to see that his contribution at infowars.com was missing 
certain parts. At Rense.com the letter starts of with :
